GOLF CONDITIONING/ ATHLETIC TRAINING

Athletes want to play their sport at the highest level and doing so without causing injury. Its about understanding how a body’s limitations can influence the golf swing or whatever the movement is in the  specific sport you play. You will address your limitations through the proper strength and conditioning exercises.

Basketball

NBA PRE-DRAFT TRAINING PROGRAM

Every Athlete is assessed individually and given a personalized Strength and Conditioning program that will enhance their strengths and build up their weakness. Which will enhance their basketball performance and raise their draft stock.
